211 Resource and Recovery Navigator

Offers North Complex / Bear Fire survivors assistance navigating the various programs, processes and resources for survivors immediate needs. Assists survivors with understanding their current situation and reactions, mitigating stress, developing coping strategies, providing emotional support, and encouraging linkages with resources and long-term supportive services. Assists North Complex/Bear Fire Survivors with completing forms, collecting documentation, and acting as a liaison with other agencies on client’s behalf as needed. The 211 Navigator is a service funded by the North Valley Community Foundation Wildfire Relief and Recovery Fund.

Call 211 from within Butte or Glenn Counties and select option 3 to be connected with or leave a message for the 211 Navigator. The 211 Navigator is available to speak with survivors Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm.
